Humble whisky was invited to be there and what a joy it was!<\/p>\n

Every year Hans Offringa and Becky Offringa in cooperation with slijterij Bartels present a bottle they hand picked for the city of Zwolle.<\/p>\n

This year it was a 9 year old Ledaig from the Tobermory Distillery on the island of Mull it has aged in a\u00a0refill sherry puncheon, unchillfiltered and was bottled on 46%<\/p>\n

This Ledaig is a peaty single malt with sweet smoky notes a small pepper and fresh citrus aromas.<\/p>\n

It has a warm finish with a good balance between peatsmoke, wood and fruits.<\/p>\n

With an always warm presentation, a few laughs and good atmosphere these are always again an event to look forward too!<\/p>\n

Cant wait to see what they will pick next year!<\/p>\n
