Last weekend i had the pleasure to host my first tasting as Humble whisky.<\/p>\n

We had a lovely 5 course meal paired with some great independant bottlers including Lost distilleries, Best dram, Deerhunter and many more!<\/p>\n

The themed tasting had the following whisky\u2019s:<\/h5>\n
* A nice Hibiki harmony to set it all off there will also be some beginners so starting gently paired with Swiss alp cheese and fig bread.<\/p>\n

Then the Independent bottlings:<\/h5>\n

\u2013 Best Dram Glenallachie 8 years first fill oloroso sherry butt 62,5% paired with some nice dark chocolate<\/p>\n
\u2013 We had a weak moment after the best dram and included a Lost distillery Jericho 46% again with dark chocolate wich was divine.<\/p>\n
